Chicago is known for many things.

We are known for our food, our brilliant architecture

and our infamous gangsters. In addition Chicago has some of the world’s most vibrant and interestingly diverse structural art pieces, ranging from

historic memorials to post-modern art installations.

On this walking tour of Chicago's downtown

"loop" neighborhood we will be visiting various art installations and permanent sculptures,

learning about how they were built and

commissioned and what their inspirations were.

Tour guides are always grateful for any tips received for a great tour.

The Architecture Walk has a

significant amount of walking and is not recommended for anyone who can not walk and stand for long periods of time.

There is around 2 miles of walking total.

Meeting locations are sent in your confirmation email

once you register for a specific date.

"Chicago’s neighborhoods have always been the city’s greatest strength."
